• By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure, and you understand that any message or data sent using the App may be intercepted.

3. Licence & Use

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your personal device.
• You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the App.
• You may not transfer the App to another person or resell it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App:

• for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• in any way that infringes on the rights of others;
• to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers.

5. Updates & Availability

• We may update or change the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use.
• We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or uninterrupted.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App may offer premium features via in-app subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and subject to its terms.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is”.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, device damage, or indirect damages from your use of the App.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months prior to a claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your devices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
